• Work begins on Training and Research Precinct at Northern Hospital

• Northern Health Boosted by Federal Funds

  Patients of Northern Health will benefit following a special payment from the Gillard Government.

  Harry Jenkins MP, Federal Member for Scullin, together with the Member for McEwen, Rob Mitchell MP, today welcomed the payment from the Gillard Government of $3.9 million paid directly to Northern Health.

• Income Support Bonus Bill Passes Parliament

  Extra income support payments will soon be received by over 9,500 people in Scullin after a key legislation passed Federal Parliament. Harry Jenkins MP, Federal Member for Scullin said the passage of the bill through the Senate would see the first Income Support Bonus payments delivered with weeks.

• NBN kicking goals in South Morang
